Out of way - from I-20 Poor Reception - After reservation from Bookings confirmation - there was not reservation found - no Choice privileges given no discount given we are 75 + yrs old - not a good experience - breakfast was served with less dignity - with the voucher given - over all very unsatisfactory - non - smoking still stinks - towels & sheets were pale - not washed - bright - no elevator - bathroom was not very clean - coffee pot dirty - could not make coffee - not pleasant - I had lived for months in Clarion in Tulsa OK - was unhappy here -
